MASTER OF PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAM

 

April 1 – June 30, 2024

Application Procedure for October 2024 admission

 Eligibility

Eligible applicants must hold at least first degree in Health, Medical Sciences and Health related fields.

 The following are necessary for application:

  • Download and complete the application form and submit by email/in person
    Application Form
    Reference Form

  • Attach scanned copy of the following academic documents:

  1. Valid GAT certificate

  2. Degree/ degree with equivalence if the degree is from abroad,

  3. Student copy

  4. ESLCE/certificate of grade 10th and 12th completion or equivalent if the certificate is from abroad,

  5. The application form with photo

  6. Official Transcript of your undergraduate education mailed directly by your previous institution to: ACIPH P.O.Box 26751/1000 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia or by other local courier service providers.

  7. Three References completed by your referees and emailed directly to the registrar (registrar.aciph@gmail.com), form available at www.addiscontinental.edu.et.

  • Birr 750 application fee (non refundable) deposited to the below account. Deposit slip should be scanned and emailed to registrar.aciph@gmail.com and mph.aciph@gmail.com/ bring the original deposit slip & collect receipt.

Note:  Application  for the program will be considered if and only if all documents are filed at the registrar office and application fee is deposited, the deposit slip is emailed to ACIPH registrar office. Bring the original deposit slip to get receipt from the institute.

Training starts: October 2024 in Addis Ababa, ACIPH
